Galactical Media is a brand-scaling marketing agency. We provide marketing and creative services including website design and development, SEO, PR and press placements, social media management, paid advertising, branding, and related consulting.

• Proposals & Statements of Work: The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in the proposal or statement of work agreed with you. If these Terms conflict with a signed proposal, the proposal prevails.
• Client Portal: Active clients receive access to our client portal to follow progress, performance, and deliverables.
• No Guaranteed Outcomes: Marketing results depend on factors outside anyone's full control (search engines, ad platforms, markets). We commit to professional skill and care — not to specific rankings, traffic, or revenue figures, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Use of Our Website & Deliverables

For a complete description of all permitted and prohibited usages, please refer to your service agreement. In short, by using our website and services you agree to the following:

• Our Website & Brand: The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Galactical Media and D.I.E. Corporation. You may not copy, resell, or republish them.
• Your Deliverables: Once an engagement is paid in full, the agreed rights to the final deliverables transfer to you. Working files, internal tools, and processes remain ours unless agreed otherwise.
• Portfolio Rights: We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless your agreement says otherwise.
• Accounts: Client portal access is personal — do not share your credentials with others.

Violations of these Terms may result in suspended portal access or terminated engagements without a refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for non-compliance.

Engagements & Billing

• Retainers: Retainer fees are invoiced in advance on a recurring basis and are due by the date stated on the invoice. Either party may end a retainer engagement with the notice period agreed in the proposal; work already performed remains billable.
• Project Fees: Project engagements may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance invoiced at the milestones agreed in the proposal. Deliverables remain the property of Galactical Media until paid in full, after which agreed rights transfer to the client.
• Late Payment: Overdue invoices may result in paused work, withheld deliverables, and late fees where permitted by law.
• Client Portal: Access to the Galactical Media client portal is personal to the client and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Galactical Media! If you encounter an issue, contact us at info@galacticalmedia.com within 7 days of the invoice in question. Because our services involve dedicated time and work performed, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable; prepaid amounts for work not yet performed will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.

Taxes

All prices listed on Galactical Media are subject to applicable taxes, such as VAT. You are responsible for any additional taxes or fees based on your location.

Warranties & Liability

We provide our services with professional skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galactical Media's total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
